Returns &amp; Exchanges Due to the nature of our products (small, affordable, and frequently produced in limited quantities or custom orders), Charma does not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons: Change of mind Aesthetic preferences (e.g., \"does not fit my style\") Accidental selection of the wrong design Semi-custom name stickers and fully custom event stickers are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless defective or incorrectly printed by Charma. Should you find yourself genuinely unsatisfied with your purchase, we encourage you to contact us via reply to your order email. We will review requests on a case-by-case basis and may, at our discretion, offer a discount or replacement. Refunds Refunds, when approved, will be issued to your original payment method within 3\u20135 business days. For semi-custom name stickers (Section 10.1): Cancellations are accepted only before personalisation (name insertion) begins. Once the name has been added to the design, cancellation is not available. For fully custom event stickers (Section 10.2): Cancellations are accepted only before proof approval. Once you approve the proof, no cancellation or refund is available.
